Vineyards

Evampelos Ghi΄s landholdings comprise a 89 hectares single and privately owned vineyard cultivated with autochthonous and international varieties. The whole vineyard is trained in linear system in the form of the one-sided Royat, and is irrigated.

The soil composition of the vineyards of Evampelos Ghi is sandy-clay, rich in organic substances with a significant percentage of gravels. This enables very good drainage during the early rainfalls of August and September, ensuring not only exceptional maturation, but also the rich organoleptic features and the expressiveness of the wine.
