VINEYARD
Privately owned 1.3 hectares vineyard on Gerakli slopes at an altitude of 400 meters, with an 8% slope and northwest orientation. Planting year 1997 and 1998.
SOIL FORMATION
Deep sandy clay soil with high moisture retention potential
CLIMATIC CONDITIONS
Winter and spring with heavy rainfall. Hot and dry summer days with cool summer evenings (temperature difference up to 15°C). This contributes to the excellent phenolic maturity of the grapes.

VINIFICATION PROCESS:
Grape hand picking, pre-fermentation extraction (skin contact) at 10-12 °C (for approximately 6 hours), very low grape must pressure, juice refrigeration (12-15°C) for 12 hours, and static settling clarification. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
